Underwater Domain Awareness Framework for Effective Blue Frontiers in the Indian Ocean Region (Date : 03/02/2021)

MRC Pune in collaboration with NDT hosted a webinar titled Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) Framework for Effective Blue Frontiers in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR)” on the 03 Feb 2021 at 1100 hrs. The event brought together the experts and strategist across multiple domains to deliberate on this very important topic, given the ongoing geopolitical and geo-strategic developments in the region.The broad strategic relevance of the dialogue inheres in the participants’ exposure to the policy issues, technological means, innovative tools and measures, geo-politics, organizational aspects both nationally and globally, regional and global frameworks, and more. The multiple organizations and their mandates within the country and their compatibility with similar entities and user entities will be discussed. The GAP analysis in terms of policy and means and measures were discussed.
